County Energy Dynamics

During WED 2019 an initiative to  profile the different counties with regards to energy activities and to assess gains/wins/challenges under the banner #CountyEnergyDynamics was launched. The objective was to provide a consolidated platform on the Energy Status in the Counties, by providing  brief about the specific county, the situational analysis on Energy in the county, the partnerships in place towards delivering on the energy agenda in a bid to showcase each of these for public consumption, appreciation and support towards energy efficiency. The campaign commenced with impact on 24th October with the unveiling of the Turkana Energy Report in an online series. The online unveil challenged the public to assess what their counties are doing with regards to energy production and consumption and to take stock of the  energy resources therein. The report provides valuable insights into Turkana’s Energy landscape and is a product courtesy of dedicated research by Eenovators and Mr. Geoffrey Nyasimi . The link to the report is available here and the Energy Awareness journey across the counties to learn more about the energy investments in each continues, and will tackle one county at a time. Keep abreast on our online platforms for more information on the upcoming counties.
